Located in the Alta Mogiana region, Jean Vilhena Faleiros' farm, Fazenda Santa Monica,
spans three municipalities: Ibiraci, Cassia, and Capetinga. In Ibiraci, Jean focuses
exclusively on high-grade specialty coffee, utilizing separated dryers for micro-lots and
6000 m2 o f raised beds. Jean, the third generation of coffee producers in his family,
has been in the coffee industry for over 100 years. His farm benefits from its privileged
location in Brazil, with an altitude of 1240m above sea level and an ideal microclimate
for producing specialty coffee. Jean's passion for coffee growing drives his modern
vision, continually seeking the best varieties and investing in advanced post-harvesting
and fermentation methods.
Santa Monica Farm is committed to producing specialty coffee using modern techniques
and sustainable practices. Jean employs environmentally friendly pesticides, avoiding
chemical insecticides and herbicides. Significant investments have been made to
enhance the fermentation process using temperature-controlled drums. Today, Santa
Monica boasts 10,000 square meters of African beds and one of the most advanced
wetlands in Brazil. The farm's dedication to sustainability and innovation ensures the
production of high-quality, organic coffee.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
