Soul
Salt Bush, Cedar & Caramel
As a kid growing up in Sydney’s south, The Royal National Park was the backdrop of our childhood. We would see it, hear it and smell it every day as we went to school, soccer training, the beach, or the shops. If we were lucky we’d ride our bikes through it or explore the winding bush tracks in the afternoon. The Royal National Park was always there with its enriching and soulful presence. This seasonal blend is our ode to the Soul of the South, a place which continues to bring us much happiness.

Featured Coffees
Featuring in the blend is Honduras Montecillo, a washed coffee from the central west region, which is well-known for its exceptional quality. Alongside it is Indonesia Gayo, a unique wet-hulled coffee from the Gayo Highlands of the Aceh Province, and Papua New Guinea Lamari, a washed coffee named for the Lamari river that runs through the Eastern Highlands. Together these coffees offer an intensely aromatic experience that evokes cedar saltbush, and finishes dry with hints of citric berries and fruit.
