Espresso Machine Service Area
- Well-ventilated bench space approximately 900mm high with 150mm clearance around the machine for maintenance and cleaning
- Standard bench depth should be 700mm (minimum)
- An area to be provided next to the espresso machine for a grinder and working area
- Open space directly under the espresso machine measuring at least 500mm W x 600mm H x 650mm D for filter, motor and pump. (NOT behind a fridge or wall)
- A 75mm hole through the bench under the espresso machine for water pipes and electricity cables. The hole must be drilled prior to installation
Water Supply & Waste
- Dedicated cold water outlet with half inch mains cock within 1.5m of the espresso machine
- We will provide all water filtration and water testing
- A 40mm diameter drain-pipe with an S-trap and a ton dish
- The drain hose from machine to waste trap is provided by us with machinery
Electrical Supply
- A stable dedicated 240 volt single-phase supply with specific current protection ratings, and appropriate power point as machine specifications below
- A minimum of 2 standard 10-Amp supply located close to the espresso machine for the grinder and other barista equipment
- Machine is provided with a 1m lead exiting machine from rear left-hand side. Location of electrical supply should take this into account
