Bolivia Floripondio
Notes of Dark Chocolate, Macadamia & Pineapple
Floripondio gets its name from flowers (Angel’s Trumpet in English) native to the area which grow throughout the farm. The flower possesses some hallucinogenic properties, and legend has it that as soon as you lay down beneath a Floripondio tree you start dreaming. Java is a varietal introduced to the Indonesian island of Java from Ethiopia, and the coffee is processed by drying in mechanical cocoa dryers at low temperatures over a long time, hence the name ‘coco process’.
