Turin DF54 Single Dose Grinder
The Turin DF54 Single Dose Grinder is a powerful and precise compact grinder, delivering performance comparable to the DF64 in a smaller package. It features custom-designed 54mm stainless steel flat burrs for a uniform grind, ideal for espresso enthusiasts. With its stepless grind adjustment, complete with a sleek chrome-wrapped dial and a clear metal indicator, you can fine-tune your grind with precision. The DF54 boasts ultra-low retention (under 0.1 gram) without needing bellows, thanks to its smart design and an anti-static plasma generator that keeps the chute clear of residue.
Designed for efficiency, it includes an anti-popcorn mechanism to stop beans from bouncing and breaking unevenly, improving both grind speed and consistency. The grinder comes with a 58mm food-grade transparent plastic dosing cup, perfect for pairing with portafilters.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Absolutely best value grinder that produces excellent results. From reviews, I gather it will achieve 80-90% of the 'best' grinders out there for a fraction of the cost. The staff were extremely helpful and dispatched quickly. They also assisted with some complimentary signature White Knight beans (they were delicious)! Very quiet motor (excluding bean grinding noise) powerful and grinds my coffee perfectly and evenly to my requirement every time in seconds for double shots, I mainly use the bellows for blowing the coffee dust out of the grinding burrs after the grind. Scales are a must or a measuring dosing cup. I quite enjoy playing with different beans and blends and grinding textures. I have used the settings right up to 90 for a coarser grind for my darker roasts. Even at 90 the grind is even like coarse sand I have produced excellent rich dark flavours in a Bialetti Percolator, I have played with finer grinds for drippers and plunger coffees and so far quite impressed, The unit is heavy and does not walk across the table like my ancient ratty conical burr grinder did. I have reduced my coffee dosage weight compared to the conical grinder and because of the even grind I am now saving 6 grams per DOUBLE shot to extract the same strength taste I enjoy of 24 grams (was 30 grams). The DF4 is definitely a precision instrument and an absolute game changer compared to my old grinder.
