Sweet 16 Blend

To celebrate 16 sweet years of roasting and serving the best coffees from around the world, we wanted to pay homage in particular to the coffees of Ethiopia that we have savoured over the years. Ethiopian coffees have long been at the heart of White Horse Coffee, with stand out lots inspiring us at the very beginning of our coffee journey.

Sweet 16 is a blend of these two Ethiopian coffees:

• Ethiopia Jigesa – Washed
• Ethiopia Wako Aba – Natural

Served black, we get flavours of Orange, Peach and Jasmine.
And with milk, Sweet 16 really shines with a smooth finish, and flavours reminiscent of basque cheesecake.

Here's our suggested recipes:

Black Coffee = 21.5 grams in > 50 grams out > in 30 seconds
Milk Coffee = 23 grams in > 60 grams out > in 39 seconds

The great news is, it's the same grind size for both black and white coffees.
