Panama Hartmann Estate Black Winey

Panama Hartmann Estate Black Winey

Notes of Tropical Fruit, Custard and Sherbet

This coffee is pretty darn delicious, which is largely due to its unique Black Winey process. The ripe cherry is picked and placed into a bag where it’s left to become black and develop a winey character. It is then dried on raised beds, rested to allow the enzymes to settle, then dry-milled. The result is a juicy coffee with sweet tropical fruit, silky custard and sparkling sherbet notes. We have a long history with Panama Hartmann Estate as they produce exceptional, world-class coffee.
